  1. This archive contains the update to AmiWin 2.22reg. You
  2. need to have any one of AmiWin 2.12reg, AmiWin 2.14reg
  3. or AmiWin 2.16reg installed to install the update.
  4.  
  5. No configuration files are overwritten during the installation.
  6.  
  7. If you have received any intermediate, pre-release versions
  8. of AmiWin files (e.g. files with version numbers between 2.17
  9. and 2.21) please restore the original files from your backup
  10. or from your original disks/tape before installing the update.
  11.  
  12. Please use Installer 1.24 to install this patch. Versions 1.18
  13. and lower, and some early versions of Installer 2.x have bugs
  14. and do not work properly.
  15.  
  16. Installer 1.24 can be found on Aminet.
  17.  
  18. Users of the AmiWin demo version: Please DO NOT try to apply
  19. this patch to your demo version of AmiWin. You need a separate
  20. archive to update the demo version. It can be found on Aminet in
  21. gfx/x11.
